Community Course
The following courses are available to anyone who wishes to learn kinesiology. Entry level courses assume participants have no prior knowledge of kinesiology. Short courses teach participants basic kinesiology principals. Other courses may have prerequisites. All courses listed below are accredited with the Australian Kinesiology Association Course Accreditation Board. Check with the campus principal for fees and dates.
Entry Level Courses
Touch for Health
Touch for Health was written for non professionals so that they could work with friends and family to maintain health and wellbeing. Usually taught in four weekends, Touch for Health is now the basis of many professional programmes. Participants have the option of completing the Touch for Health Practical Exercises which record balances and help the participant attain a deeper level of understanding. TFH Synthesis AKA accredited 64 hours category A; TFH Practical Exercises AKA accredited 60 hours category A.
Heart Healing
Heart Healing covers basic kinesiology principals and allows the participant to balance at a deeper level Techniques include emotional stress release, age recession, finger modes, heart / brain integration exercise, and more. AKA accredited 40 hours category A
Short Courses
Kinesiology for Kids
This three hour course introduces kinesiology techniques that can help children improve reading and writing, co- ordination and attitude to learning. Great for all the family. 3 hours
Eat Right Live Right
Kinesiology can identify sensitivities and show which foods are better for you. Muscle monitor your favourite clothes, cosmetics and other substances to optimise your wellbeing. Bring foods and supplements you wish to muscle test. 3 hours
Perceptive Vision
Want to improve your vision? The simple techniques learned in this workshop will help you do this. Use muscle monitoring to identify and clear emotional blocks that may be hindering your vision improvement. 3 hours
Healthy Pets
Your pets are part of the family too, and deserve the best in life. Kinesiology will discover the best exercises, optimal eating plans, and sort out any neuroses your pampered pet may have! 7 hours
