Have you already completed some kinesiology training?
The Kinesiology Academy bases its training on the Touch for Health Synthesis recognised by the International Kinesiology College and the Australian Kinesiology Association. If you have completed this training and any other peak body recognised kinesiology training, the Academy will recognise this prior learning and formally recognise (RPL) your certificates of proficiency or competency into a nationally recognised qualification. As the training must comply with industry standards, some conditions apply. Contact head office or your nearest campus principal for more information.
Diploma of Kinesiology (HLT51507)
This is a two year full time study that incorporates Certificate IV in Kinesiology. Two years may be extended to three years (part time study). After payment of your deposit, interest free payments are calculated over fortnightly or monthly time periods. There are approximately 60 days of face to face training, as well as student practice and supervised student clinic sessions. Many of the units of competency may be completed at home. Please allow for the ten day cooling off period required before enrolment can be finalised.
A special upgrade package for experienced kinesiologists is now available. If you are recognised by the AKA Practitioner Registration Board and have had at least two years clinical experience, this may be for you. Contact head office for more information.
